Terms and Conditions for Getting a PriceLOCQ Fuel Reward

1. These are the Terms & Conditions to participate in the SEAOIL Customer Feedback Survey and receive free fuel cashback, with a capped amount. By participating, respondents agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms & Conditions to receive the free fuel reward. The SEAOIL Customer Feedback Survey must be completed to get a fuel cashback.

2. The SEAOIL Customer Feedback Survey must be completed within 3 calendar days from the actual date and time of gassing up in order to get a fuel cashback. A completed survey has to reach the data privacy question. Respondents with unfinished and/or unofficially submitted surveys shall not be granted a fuel cashback. The fuel cashback shall be in the form of a PriceLOCQ Voucher Code. The fuel cashback is granted only ONCE per completed survey per respondent per week.

3. Respondents must first download and register into the PriceLOCQ app in order to use the PriceLOCQ Voucher. Instructions on downloading and registering into the app can be found on this link: https://www.pricelocq.com/downloads. Respondents who are already registered users of the PriceLOCQ App can proceed to the next step.

4. Respondents must enter their PriceLOCQ app-registered mobile number and email address into the SEAOIL Customer Feedback Survey Form in order to receive a PriceLOCQ Voucher.

5. Respondents will receive the PriceLOCQ fuel cashback voucher with a capped amount via email or SMS within 3-5 business days after completing the SEAOIL Customer Feedback survey.

6. Upon receiving the PriceLOCQ Voucher, the steps below must be followed to exchange the voucher for Peso Balance in the PricLOCQ app:a. Go to the VOUCHERS icon on the PriceLOCQ app Home page.b. In the “Available Tab” find the “Survey Reward Voucher” and tap “Select” to apply the voucher and get an additional amount on the app Peso Balance.

7. The PriceLOCQ Voucher is good for one (1) time use only.

8. The PriceLOCQ Voucher is not convertible to cash and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by SEAOIL or PriceLOCQ. 

9. Where fraud, misuse, or abuse is determined, SEAOIL has the right to forfeit the fuel cashback even if the SEAOIL Customer Feedback survey has been completed.

10. SEAOIL has the right to change or discontinue the giving of rewards at any time.
